Shipping and Returns


Since most items on our site are made to order, please allow to 10-15 business days for shipment.  We usually complete and ship orders much faster than that, but occasionally do run a 10 day production time during periods of high order volume.  You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. 

Once an order is placed and in production it cannot be modified or cancelled.  

International orders carry a flat rate shipping cost, and delivery via USPS First Class International varies from country to country but can be up to 30 business days.  

For custom orders we will notify the customer of the estimated production time on a case by case basis. 

About International Transit Times and Import Duties

Transit times for international shipments are usually around 15 business days when using USPS first class.  We do not have the ability to offer tracking or carrier information once a package has left the country and been delivered to customs for processing.  If you prefer another carrier or express international service please contact us prior to placing your order at

International customers are responsible for any and all import duties in to your country.  Jack Foster LLC cannot provide any rate information on international import duties in your respective country.  

We cannot ship to you as a "gift" or with a fake commercial value to avoid customs duties and fees. These fees are an unfortunate reality of doing business internationally and cannot be avoided. 


Our watch straps are custom made, and we offer a high degree of customization at a very reasonable price.  Therefore we accept returns on custom watch straps and belts within 14 days for exchange or store credit only.  This applies only to unworn straps and belts.  This means if you put a watch on the strap and buckle it on your wrist-you own it. 

Rattlesnake and alligator belts are not returnable and cannot be exchanged.  Please use the sizing guide on the site to ensure your belt fits properly.  There are no exceptions to this!

We do guarantee your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issue with your strap if you are unsatisfied.  We accept returns and exchanges on all non-custom items such as wallets, bags and accessories.  Customer pays return shipping. Custom sized items are not returnable.  Monogrammed and personalized items are not returnable.
